Autoquip Hydraulic Cantilever VRC Lifts

The Cantilever VRC hydraulic Freightlifts are designed to move materials weighing up to 6,000 pounds between two elevations that are up to 28 feet apart – typically to and from a mezzanine. Autoquip hydraulic Cantilever material lifts
raise and lower the carriage in two guide beams by means of two vertical hydraulic cylinders which pull heavy industrial cable (minimum safety factor of 6 to 1) over a series of 12” diameter sheaves which are mounted overhead. Safety features of these hydraulic VRC’s include hydraulic velocity fuses, overload protection, zero drift, and two safety locking cams for free-fall arrest in the unlikely event of a cable or swage failure. Typical applications are edge of mezzanine, freight elevator replacement, conveyor systems, explosion-proof environments, warehousing, retail storage and movement of goods, and packaging and distribution. “C”, “Z” and “90 degree” load patterns are available with the Cantilever hydraulic VRC lifts.
