Model SHBZ Steel Hinged Belt Conveyor Z Shape
The STEEL HINGED BELT CONVEYOR 'Z' SHAPE is heavy duty and typically used with a press for part or scrap removal. The drive length is good for unloading parts or scrap into a tote box or scrap hopper.
Belting: Standard B60 steel hinge, dimpled, low profile chain without outer side bars. Belt is shipped installed on conveyors up to 20’ long. All other conveyors ship loose for field installation.
Belt Widths: Standard widths are 6', 8', 12', 24', 30', and 36'. Also available from 3' to 48' in even inch increments.
Belt Accessories: Standard BA05 1-1/2' cleats on 12-1/2' centers. Other cleat options available.
Angles: Standard 45°. Also available in angles of 15°, 30°, 60°, and 75°
Drive: Standard D80 overhead, right hand, nom. 8' dia. . Drive has cast iron worm gear speed reducer with Standard M03 3/4 Hp,56C,230-460v 3ph .
Speed: Standard 27 feet per minute. Also available from 13 to 54 fpm.
Drive Length: Standard 18' (minimum 14').
Load Length: Available from 14' to 240'.
Bearings: Cast iron flange ball bearings.
Frame: Standard F100 9' deep x 12 ga. formed steel frame.14 ga. bottom pan available.
Drive Sprocket: 5' pitch dia. sprocket with 1-7/16' dia. shaft. Mounted in 2 bolt flange bearings.
Take-up Sprocket: 5' pitch dia. sprocket with 1-7/16' dia. shaft. Mounted in 2 bolt flange bearings.
Capacity: 1600 lbs. belt pull for standard belt and 3200 lbs. belt pull for optional belt with outer side bars.
Supports: 4' x 5.4 lb. structural channel set for desired incline. Load and unload heights available from 9' to 60' top of belt at no additional charge.
Finish: Standard P94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
