Features

We have two types of automatic pallet wrappers. A remote control starts the wrap cycle. Once activated, the machine will attach the film, wrap it, cut it, and hot weld the film tail via the pneumatic sealing unit. The second type is a powered conveyor fed machine. These machines use a conveyor to feed the product into the wrapping zone. They can index multiple pallets before and after the wrapping cycle, making them very efficient. Turntable and rotary arm-style machines are available for conveyor-fed systems.
