FlexTherm® Panel Construction:
FlexTherm® Insulated Panels are 5′ or 6′ wide with full height Velcro connection that allows you to create continuous walls. Each panel has a heavy-duty reinforced vinyl shell that is NFPA 701 fire rated. Each panel also has laminated bubble foil insulation, which is ASTM-E-84 Fire Rated. Grommets are placed across the top of each insulated panel for easy mounting to structures. Each panel wall includes an adjustable floor sweep on the bottom to seal the curtain wall to the floor. Seams are folded over on each edge to protect from moisture and sewn with moisture and UV resistant thread. Double needle stitching is back-tacked on the bottom and sides of each panel to prevent unraveling
Panels can be trimmed in field to create openings and to fit around obstacles and penetrations. Patch kits are provided to seal any openings or cuts. Other optional features include free-standing door frames for openings in curtains, strip doors, swinging doors, air curtains and roll-up vinyl doors.
