• Fixed leg (FL ONLY) height adjustments are determined per application and are preset by set screws.
• Heavy duty steel square tubing zinc plated legs offer longer service life and stability
• Welded double horizontal leg braces
• Heavy duty 5” x 1 ½” casters for easy movement with 2 total lock brake casters on each end (all conveyors up to 40’ in length) that stabilize the conveyor while in use
• Heavy duty 6” x 2” casters for easy movement with 2 total lock brake casters on each end (all conveyors over 40’ in length) that stabilizes the conveyor while in use
• 7 gauge steel side links assembled using shoulder bolts with Loctite and steel locking nuts
• 5/16” diameter axle across the width
• Self-tracking design allows packages to follow the path of the conveyor without using guards
• Couplers easily connect two or more conveyors to span greater distances for continuous package flow
• Heavy duty retractable package stop prevents packages from falling off the end of the conveyor and can be dropped down when not needed

• Caster upgrades – the 6” and 8” casters increase roll-ability reducing operator’s effort in opening or closing the conveyor.
• Outboard couplers – the coupler is specifically designed to lie below the conveying surface not to interfere with carton flow.

• Curve guards – helps guide packages under accumulation circumstances when packages of varying sizes and shapes begin to build up causing a potential risk of packages being pushed off the conveyor around the curve. It protects packages from falling by creating a solid surface for them to follow. It has a flexible design to allow them to open and close with the flex of the conveyor.
• Swing stick – the swing stick extension bridges the gap between the flexible conveyors at ground level up to the bed of the trailer for unloading without a dock.
• T-junction – provides a section of conveyor with multi-directional skate wheels that helps the operator to manually sort packages by changing the direction of package flow while keeping the flexibility of the conveyors. It is designed to connect with flexible gravity and power conveyors using couplers. It can also be used with three or four conveyors. Using three conveyors requires the T-junction to have a backstop to assist the operator with choosing the direction of package flow. Without the backstop, four conveyors can be attached allowing package to flow in any direction the operator chooses.
• Side Handles – ergonomically designed to provide a safe grabbing point for the operator to open and close the conveyor.
• Heavy duty impact cart – Designed for high volume receiving and cross docking applications. It has a rigid, solid frame that allows it to take the daily abuse of impact loading which helps protect the life of your flexible conveyor and reduce maintenance costs. The impact cart is constructed using 1.9” diameter rollers on 3” axle centers which help the packages make a smooth transition onto the flexible conveyor.
