Overview
When your dock handles heavy cartons at high volumes day after day, a light-duty flexible conveyor will not hold up. The NestaFlex 376AL/FL is a heavy-duty gravity conveyor that features double-welded cross braces and heavy-duty square tubing legs, delivering the structural strength that distribution centers and high-throughput shipping departments need from an expandable conveyor. It is available with adjustable height legs (AL) for variable-pitch applications or fixed height legs (FL) for consistent, repeatable conveyor height.
This all-bolted design uses shoulder bolts, steel lock nuts and is additionally secured with industrial thread lock to help reduce maintenance. The four-point leg connection gives additional strength to the conveyor to make it last longer. Where lighter-duty models bend and loosen under daily stress, the 376AL/FL is built to maintain its frame integrity over years of constant expansion, contraction, and repositioning.

Adjustable Leg vs. Fixed Leg Models
The 376AL (adjustable leg) model lets operators raise or lower the conveyor height to control the pitch and speed of gravity flow. This is ideal when trailer bed heights vary or when the conveyor needs to serve different dock configurations. The 376FL (fixed leg) model maintains a consistent height for repeatable, standardized setups — best for operations with uniform trailer heights and consistent dock-to-trailer alignment.
Skatewheel Options
The NestaFlex 376 comes standard with zinc-plated skate wheels with steel ball bearings, which provide maximum durability and are ideal for shipping and receiving applications. Black polymer skate wheels are also available — they increase the speed of package conveyance, making them excellent for packaging machines and light parcel applications. Red skate wheels with nylon bushings provide the most economical option.

Sizing and Configuration
The 376AL/FL is available in 18, 24, 30, and 36-inch widths with extended lengths from 8 to 60 feet. Conveyor heights range from 20 to 53 inches. Standard axle centers are 5.25 inches, with 3-inch and 4-inch options for smaller packages. Use the three-wheel rule: divide the shortest package dimension by three to determine the recommended axle center spacing.
