Barron Equipment E-Commerce Return Policy

The Barron Equipment E-Commerce Return Policy applies to all products purchased by customers online via our website.

We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, from the date of invoice unless otherwise noted. Proof of purchase from Barron is required for all returns. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to “Custom Products” and products sold on a “Clearance Sale” basis. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Our Return Process

  • If any product does not satisfy your needs, it may be returned within 30 days of order invoice for a product refund. Before sending your item back, you must contact Barron Equipment with information for your Return (RTN) Number.
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original box, in new condition and include a copy of our return authorization form. Client is responsible for return freight charges.
  • Products returned for any reason other than warranty correction are subject to a 50% restocking fee and any Barron Equipment incurred freight charges. Products shipped in error by Barron Equipment may be returned at no charge to the customer.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.


Barron Equipment does not offer exchanges. If you wish to return your item, follow the instructions above and place a new order for other products you’d like to purchase.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Clearance items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your account, or a check will be issued within a certain number of days.

Return Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address specified by Barron Equipment.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
