Features & Benefits
Engineered with premium-grade aluminum, this utility cart delivers exceptional performance and longevity. The framework consists of 1.25" x 1.25" x .070" wall tubing complemented by .100" wall angle runners, giving it excellent structural integrity.
Four 5" swivel casters ensure smooth movement and precise control. Meanwhile, the corrosion-resistant surface paves the way for quick cleaning and maintenance.
Don't forget about our knockdown shipping option, too. We'll send over your utility cart in a disassembled form, offering space-saving convenience and easy reassembly. You can also choose from one of three tub configurations (2-tub, 4-tub, 6-tub).
Applications
Our heavy-duty lug dolly excels in many situations, including:
• Food processing facilities and commercial kitchens
• Warehouses and distribution centers
• Manufacturing plants
• Retail stockrooms
• Cold storage facilities
• Catering operations
Assembly
To install platform casters (also referred as plate casters) to the equipment, set each caster on top of each individual plate. Use a 3/8" socket to tighten all four (4) whiz head bolts into each plate. Repeat until the process is complete for all casters.
To install stem casters, insert the grip ring into the insert and ensure the casters are securely in place. To remove stem casters, pull the caster out of the insert with firm pressure. If a caster is stuck, use a dead blow hammer to gently tap it out.
Care & Maintenance
To maintain the aluminum, begin by wiping it down with warm water and mild dish soap using a soft cloth or sponge. For deeper cleaning, apply a vinegar-water solution to remove oxidation and restore shine, and use baking soda for tougher stains. Always dry the surface thoroughly to prevent water spots and avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia that can damage the finish. Regular gentle cleaning will help preserve the aluminum's appearance and durability.
