Overview
If lugging a ladder and a utility cart around separately sound like your idea of torture, consider a stock picker cart. This heavy-duty order picker cart streamlines the picking process by integrating a ladder directly into the cart itself. A cart with a ladder is also fully adjustable and easy to use. If you're a business yearning to improve your order picking strategies, this is essential.

Features & Benefits
We carefully craft each element of our cart order pickers to cater to the demands of our customers. Its unique "shin-saver" push handle reduces fatigue and avoid common injuries associated with utility carts.
The continuous grip ladder handle keeps you stable while accessing high-up products. Meanwhile, the ladder's spring-loaded steps feature a non-slip surface for added security. Additionally, rubber stops keep the ladder firmly in place.
Construction-wise, its aluminum build stays durable while keeping the ladder cart lightweight and resistant to corrosion. We pride ourselves on our devotion to creating products that last and won't need to be replaced for many years, if ever.
Applications
A stock picker cart will feel at home wherever items are picked. Here are some examples:
- Zone picking operations in warehouses
- Cluster picking scenarios
- Individual order fulfillment processes
- Pick and pass systems
- Multi-level picking operations
Assembly
To install platform casters (also referred as plate casters) to the equipment, set each caster on top of each individual plate. Use a 3/8" socket to tighten all four (4) whiz head bolts into each plate. Repeat until the process is complete for all casters.
Care & Maintenance
To maintain the aluminum, begin by wiping it down with warm water and mild dish soap using a soft cloth or sponge. For deeper cleaning, apply a vinegar-water solution to remove oxidation and restore shine, and use baking soda for tougher stains. Always dry the surface thoroughly to prevent water spots and avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia that can damage the finish. Regular gentle cleaning will help preserve the aluminum's appearance and durability.
