Valu-Line S1000 Modular Plastic Belt Conveyor
The Series 1000 belting is a Flat Top Modular Belt with a nose bar option.
Flat Top is great is capable of transfer over 3/4" nosebar. This belting has superior mini-pitch belt strength and is great for medium pressure accumulation.

Construction
Welded, powder coated construction
Frame
7 1/2" x 1 1/2 " x 10 ga. formed channel with open style bed construction and UHMW wearstrips attached to vertical steel bars
Belt Take Up
Catenary type located on the belt return path
Drive Sprockets
6" nom Ø, with 1 1/2" square shafting
Tail Sprockets
4" nom Ø, with 1 1/2" square shafting
Bearings
Precision, heavy duty, lubricated ball bearing flange mount units with cast iron housings
Drive Package:
Chain driven end drive, located at the discharge end (which allows for one direction operation) with Boston Gear worm gear speed reducer , and 230/460-3-60 Hz inverter duty motor. RC50 chain is utilized on larger HP drives. Chain takeup is provided on motor base.
Leg Supports
Welded 3" Structural channel leg support, providing ±2" adjustment, on a maximum of 10' leg centers
