Soft & Elastic Tread Series — TPA and POEV

Designed for applications where floor protection and quiet, smooth rolling are priorities, the TPA and POEV series deliver where both load performance and surface care matter.

  • TPA Series — Stainless steel swivel and rigid casters with thermoplastic rubber tread and polypropylene wheel center. These are ideal for applications requiring a soft tread that is gentle on floor surfaces while maintaining full corrosion resistance throughout the rig.
  • POEV Series — Stainless steel casters featuring an elastic solid rubber tire using Blickle’s ‘EasyRoll’ technology with a nylon wheel center. Certain versions of the POEV series are even suitable for industrial washing machines — making these a go-to for operations with aggressive cleaning protocols.
Both series are available as swivel casters with top plate fittings and rigid configurations. Brake options are available for select models.

Polyurethane Tread Series — PATH, POTH, and POBS

Where low rolling resistance, floor protection, and heavy-duty performance converge, Blickle’s polyurethane tread series delivers three distinct options to match your exact application.

  • PATH Series — Stainless steel casters with thermoplastic polyurethane tread and nylon wheel center. The PATH series delivers a non-marking, durable tread solution with excellent resistance to corrosion at every component.
  • POTH Series — Wheels in the POTH series feature a cast thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) tread with a hardness of 94 Shore A and a high-quality impact-resistant nylon 6 wheel center. The tread is non-marking, non-staining, and offers a low level of rolling and swivel resistance. The POTH series is typically used for applications involving loads that remain stationary for long periods but must still be easily movable, such as cranes.
  • POBS Series — Stainless steel casters featuring Blickle Besthane® Soft polyurethane tread with a nylon wheel center, providing a softer compound for applications requiring enhanced floor protection without sacrificing load capacity.
The POTH series is available with both medium-duty and heavy-duty stainless steel swivel rigs with top plate fittings, as well as fixed (rigid) stainless steel brackets in standard and heavy-duty configurations.

Heavy-Duty Nylon Wheel Series — PO, POG, and SPOG

For high-load applications in environments where aggressive substances, chemical exposure, or industrial hygiene standards demand maximum resistance, Blickle’s nylon wheel series delivers exceptional durability.
  • PO and POG Series — Stainless steel casters with nylon wheels, available in swivel and rigid configurations. These wheels are ideal where chemical resistance and low rolling resistance on smooth surfaces are required.
  • SPOG Series — The wheels in the heavy-duty SPOG series are made from injection-moulded nylon with a hardness of 70 Shore D, offering a particularly low level of rolling resistance on smooth surfaces. The entire caster is corrosion-resistant when combined with heavy-duty stainless steel rigs. The SPOG series is particularly well suited for hygiene applications with heavy loads in combination with a stainless steel rig.
