The battery powered Vac-Pack mounts directly to hundreds of ANVER pad attachments and lifting frames, giving facilities a portable, truly cordless vacuum lifting solution for outdoor jobsites, mobile crane operations, remote warehouse areas, and any overhead lifting point where running AC power to the hook is impractical or cost-prohibitive.
How the Self-Cycling Operation Works
ANVER’s battery powered vacuum lifter features an electric self-cycling operation that automates the entire attach-and-release process. When the unit is lowered onto a load and the suspension chain slackens, the full weight of the lifter rests on the material and an internal switch automatically starts the vacuum attachment process. Once the proper vacuum level is achieved, a green indicator light illuminates to confirm it is safe to lift.
When the operator is ready to release the load, lowering the unit until the chain goes slack again triggers the automatic release process. Once vacuum is fully released, the operator raises the unit with the hoist controls and the system is ready for the next cycle. This hands-free attach-and-release workflow speeds up cycle times and reduces operator decision-making during repetitive lifts.

Battery Management and Zero Downtime

While one battery powers the lifter on the production floor, the spare charges on standard 115V AC power using the available smart charger. Swapping batteries takes minutes, ensuring the vacuum lifter stays in service through an entire shift without waiting for a recharge. The plug-in battery design makes field replacement straightforward with no special tools required.
