The Autoquip Super Titan Quad is the most powerful scissor lift table Autoquip manufactures—and arguably the heaviest‑capacity scissor lift available from any manufacturer. Four heavy duty Super Titan scissor mechanisms are fused end‑to‑end and side‑by‑side into a single monolithic lift structure, delivering nearly four times the platform size and lifting capacity of a single Super Titan. The result is a massive lifting platform capable of handling loads up to 150,000 lbs with travel from 24 to 120 inches.
Platform lengths reach up to 420 inches (35 feet) on the largest 120‑inch travel models, with platform widths up to 96 inches. The quad configuration uses up to 12 hydraulic cylinders powered by motors up to 25 HP. Despite the extreme scale, the Super Titan Quad maintains the lowest possible collapsed height and minimal platform deflection—the same engineering principles that define every Super Titan lift. Over 35 standard models are available, and custom configurations can be built to match virtually any extreme‑capacity application.
Features and Benefits

Chrome‑plated, 100,000 psi ultimate‑strength pins at every joint deliver premium load strength across hundreds of pivot points. Thick steel‑reinforced platforms minimize deck deflection even at six‑figure loads. Solid steel legs with added stiffeners provide optimal stability and straight roller tracking across the full lift stroke. Lifetime lubricated bearings and direct‑thrust lifting cylinders deliver long‑lasting performance with minimal maintenance on a lift that may weigh over 30,000 lbs itself.
Standard controls come prewired with the power unit onboard. Double wire‑braided Parker hydraulic hoses resist wear, abrasion, and leaks. On‑board maintenance devices enable safe blocking during inspection. Autoquip backs the Super Titan Quad with a 2‑year warranty on all parts.
Safety and Compliance
Hydraulic velocity fuses completely stop the lift in the unlikely event of uncontrolled descent. A minimum 3:1 structural factor of safety ensures reliable performance even at the highest capacities. Common uses include steel service center operations where multiple heavy coils must be lifted simultaneously on a single platform, large die and mold handling in automotive stamping plants where a single die set may weigh 50,000 to 150,000 lbs, heavy fabrication and shipbuilding where massive structural assemblies require a wide, long platform at adjustable height, rail car and heavy equipment maintenance where the entire chassis must be raised for underside access, and any industrial process where the load weight and dimensions exceed the capacity of double‑mechanism (Double Long or Double Wide) configurations.
Selection Assistance
The Super Titan Quad is the right choice only when your application exceeds the capacity or platform dimensions of the Double Long or Double Wide configurations. For loads up to 52,000 lbs that fit a single platform, the standard Super Titan is sufficient. For loads up to 85,000 lbs, the Double Long or Double Wide handles most applications. The Quad is reserved for loads above 85,000 lbs or for situations requiring the largest possible platform area at extreme capacities.
