Flexible powered conveyors provide maximum productivity in shipping, transportation and packaging applications where usability and adaptability are needed.
With its innovative design, the BestFlex® 1.5 powered roller conveyor requires less storage space when fully retracted and can service multiple docking doors for maximum productivity. By powering the conveyor, any package size can be moved any distance at variable rates of speed. It is an all power conveyor that has a capacity of 100 pounds per linear foot.
The BestFlex® 1.5 features an easy and quick way to change out the drive belts giving you added durability and less maintenance down time.

- Electronic photo eye package stop – The conveyor stops when sensors at the end detect a package is present. This stops delicate packages from being driven into a fixed end and provides power saving control.
- Zero pressure accumulation – Provides a zoned flow control only allowing each package to proceed when the downstream zone is empty. The addition of “time out” control gives excellent power saving only driving the conveyor as required.
- Indexing – The leading edge of a package is detected and starts the conveyor which runs until the trailing edge is detected plus a pre-set time delay. The conveyor can be utilized as an end of line storage buffer.

- Herringbone Transition – assists in centering the cartons while providing a smooth transition from the feed conveyor down to the loader when used in shipping applications
- Guide Track – assists the operator in extending and retracting the conveyor out from underneath the feed system when used in shipping applications
- PowerTrax – primarily used to safely maneuver heavy conveyors into the nose and back out of trailers. It is ergonomically engineered to help operators move conveyor with minimal effort. It is used with the BestFlex power conveyors.
