Bishamon Alpha Series Stationary Scissor Lift Tables

The Bishamon Alpha Series delivers reliable, high-cycle electric hydraulic lifting for industrial workstations, assembly lines, and warehouse operations. Three capacity tiers, ANSI MH 29.1:2020 compliance, plug-and-play controls, and field-installable turntable tops make it one of the most versatile stationary scissor lift tables on the market. Backed by a 5-year parts and 2-year labor warranty.

Overview

The Bishamon Alpha Series is an electric hydraulic lift table line engineered for heavy-duty industrial environments that demand repeatable, high-cycle performance. Available in three capacity tiers — the L22K (2,200 lbs), L44K (4,400 lbs), and L66K (6,600 lbs) — each model is designed to help workers raise, lower, and position heavy materials at a safer, more comfortable working height. Whether your facility handles palletized loads, tooling changeovers, or dense assembly components, the Alpha platform provides dependable load positioning day after day.

By reducing repetitive bending, reaching, and manual lifting, these stationary scissor lift tables help improve operator comfort, productivity, and workplace safety. Barron Equipment carries the full Alpha lineup and can help you match the right model, platform size, and accessories to your application.

Standard Features and Engineering

Every Alpha unit ships with a robust set of standard features that reflect Bishamon’s focus on longevity and operator safety. Premium quality high-load ball bearings in all wheels and load rollers ensure smooth operation and higher cycle capabilities, while continuous axles at rollers provide consistent and reliable movement.

Flow limiting valves prevent sudden drops and ensure safe lowering by controlling the descent. The unitized, compact internal power unit and reservoir combination keeps the footprint manageable without sacrificing hydraulic performance. Intuitive, plug-and-play controls streamline operation and improve productivity from the first shift forward.

Self-lubricating, maintenance-free bushings at all pivot points ensure effortless operation and longevity. An easy-to-operate safety maintenance pin simplifies upkeep and helps minimize downtime and maintenance costs.

On the compliance side, Alpha lift tables are compliant with the ANSI MH 29.1:2020 safety standard, and all electrical components are UL or CSA certified.

Capacity Tiers and Duty Cycle

The Alpha Series is structured around three capacity classes. The L22K and L44K models are rated for up to 50,000 lift cycles per year, while the L66K models support up to 35,000 cycles per year under normal use. Every model operates on standard 115 VAC power, so most facilities can install them without costly electrical modifications.

The L22K tier offers 2,200 lbs of rated capacity with platform sizes ranging from 31″ x 53″ to 48″ x 48″ rotating turntable configurations. Lowered heights start as low as 8.5 inches and raised heights reach up to 41.5 inches, with approximate up times of 22.5 seconds and down times of 11 seconds at full load.

The L44K tier handles 4,400 lbs and includes a standard 40″ x 52″ fixed platform plus multiple turntable options. Travel runs approximately 31 to 31.75 inches depending on model, with up times of about 33 seconds and down times of 16 seconds.

The L66K models are the 6,600 lb capacity tier, targeting the heaviest in-line work positioning the Alpha line offers — large assemblies, tooling and fixture changeover, maintenance pits, and dense pallet or skid handling where stability and travel height matter as much as capacity. Travel ranges from 39.5 inches to 49 inches, with lowered heights of 9.5″ to 12.5″ and raised heights up to 60 inches.

Modular Options and Accessories

The Alpha platform supports a modular design with a wide variety of turntable platforms available for factory or field installation. Turntable (TT) tops come in round 43″ diameter as well as square and rectangular configurations (44″ x 44″, 44″ x 48″, 48″ x 48″), giving you the flexibility to rotate loads without repositioning the operator.

Additional options include hand controllers for precise height adjustment, foot controllers for hands-free operation, bellows skirting for underside protection, cart-style bases for mobile use, and a safety maintenance pin for secure servicing.

Applications Across Your Facility

The Alpha Series addresses a wide range of material handling challenges across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments. These electric hydraulic scissor lift tables are commonly deployed at assembly stations where operators need to work at an ergonomic height on heavy sub-assemblies or fixtures. In packaging areas, they bring pallet loads to a comfortable working height so workers can build or break down loads without excessive bending.

Maintenance bays benefit from the L66K’s greater travel and capacity — heavy tooling, dies, and fixtures can be raised to accessible heights quickly. In warehouse receiving areas, a stationary lift table paired with a turntable top eliminates the need for workers to walk around pallets during stretch wrapping or load inspection.

Warranty and Support

Bishamon backs the Alpha Series with an industry-leading 5-year warranty on parts and 2 years on labor for U.S.A. and Canada. FAQs

What load capacity does the Alpha Series support?

The Alpha Series is available in three capacity tiers: the L22K at 2,200 lbs, the L44K at 4,400 lbs, and the L66K at 6,600 lbs. Each tier includes both fixed-platform and rotating turntable configurations to suit different work positioning needs.

What safety standards does this electric hydraulic scissor lift table meet?

Alpha lift tables are compliant with the ANSI MH 29.1:2020 safety standard, and all electrical components are UL or CSA certified. Flow limiting valves and a maintenance safety pin are included as standard features on every model.

Can turntable tops be added after installation?

Yes. The Alpha platform uses a modular design with turntable platforms available for factory or field installation. This means you can add a rotating top to an existing unit when your process requirements change.

How many lift cycles can these stationary lift tables handle per year?

The L22K and L44K models are rated for 50,000 cycles per year, while the L66K models are rated for 35,000 cycles per year under normal operating conditions. These ratings make the Alpha Series a strong fit for high-throughput production and packaging environments.

What power source is required?

All Alpha models operate on standard 115 VAC power, which simplifies installation in most industrial facilities without the need for dedicated high-voltage circuits.
