Each of our insulated garage doors undergo a 5-layer construction process, which ensures superior strength and sustainability. A moisture-resistant composite overlay is applied to keep your door from warping or cracking. For insulation, 2" Intellicore polyurethane is used alongside a thermal break to prevent heat loss. Not only that, but Intellicore also ensures operation is whisper-quiet, as it will absorb sound to a far greater degree than most other garage doors. Each one comes with a replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer, adding further protection against water and air. Also, you can expect your insulated garage door to make use of Clopay's patented Safe-T-Bracket feature as well as WindCode, which is essential for those living in areas prone to tornadoes and high winds.
