Overview
Most chair transport equipment handles either folding chairs or stacking chairs — not both. This chairs dolly eliminates the need for two separate carts by accommodating both chair types on a single heavy-gauge steel frame. Load up to 32 folding chairs in a row or arrange up to 3 stacks of stacking chairs side by side. One push handle and one retaining handle keep the load secure, and four 4″ hard rubber casters provide smooth rolling across any indoor floor surface.
Two sizes are available. The Model 630 is 67″ long and holds up to 32 folding chairs. The Model 600 is 50¾” long and holds up to 24 folding chairs. Both share the same 300 lb load capacity, 22″ width, heavy-gauge welded steel construction, and powder-coated finish. Every unit is manufactured by Raymond Products in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a lifetime warranty.
Features and Benefits
The dual-purpose chair rail design is the defining advantage of this dolly for folding chairs and stacking chairs. The rails are spaced at 13⅜” inside / 21⅝” outside — wide enough to support most standard folding chairs loaded side by side, and structured to hold two or three stacks of stacking chairs between the rails. This means a single chairs dolly replaces two dedicated carts, saving storage space, purchasing costs, and the time spent switching between equipment during setup and teardown.
The push handle provides steering control while the retaining handle at the opposite end prevents chairs from sliding off during transport. Together, they allow one person to load, transport, and position an entire room’s worth of chairs without assistance. The heavy-gauge welded steel frame uses full-penetration welds for structural rigidity under daily, high-volume use. The powder-coated finish resists chips, scratches, and corrosion.
Four 4″ hard rubber casters — two fixed and two full-swivel — provide stable, balanced rolling on tile, hardwood, polished concrete, and commercial carpet. The hard rubber tread is non-marring and safe for gym floors, fellowship halls, and event spaces where floor protection matters.

Both models share the same 300 lb load capacity, dual-handle design, 4″ hard rubber casters (2 fixed, 2 swivel), heavy-gauge welded steel frame, and powder-coated finish. Ships ground with casters detached — simple attachment on arrival, no special tools required.
