Traditional mechanical VRCs offer long service life and low maintenance, but they typically require extended installation timelines and overhead clearance for the drive system. Hydraulic VRCs install faster and cost less, but they require more routine maintenance and are limited in lift height and cycle durability. The Delta VRC bridges this gap. It is a mechanical chain-drive lift that ships preassembled and installs in a fraction of the time — delivering mechanical reliability at a price point and installation timeline closer to hydraulic systems.
The Delta’s modular design uses a standard top section, a standard lower section, and a variable middle section that adjusts to match the specific lift height of each installation. This three-piece approach means the lift arrives nearly complete and stacks into place on-site, dramatically reducing assembly time and operational disruption.
Modular Design and Fast Installation
A standard VRC installation typically takes one to two weeks on-site. The Delta installs in one to two days. The three preassembled sections ship on a flatbed truck, are stacked and assembled on-site by the installer, and connect through a fully pre-wired plug-and-play electrical system. No extended fabrication, no complex on-site assembly, and minimal disruption to daily operations. For facilities that cannot afford prolonged downtime for a VRC installation, the Delta is the fastest path from order to operation.

Safety and Controls
The Delta includes the patented AutoSenz® M-Series overload and jam protection, dual roller chains with broken/slack chain protection via a dual-cam safety system, interlocked landing gates, gate status switches, and momentary-contact push-button controls with mushroom-head E-stop at each level. The fully enclosed carriage features galvanized tread plate floor and walls with an expanded metal roof, and the system includes integrated full-height perimeter guarding on all sides.
Why Side-Mount Motor Matters
Many VRC installations are constrained by overhead clearance — low ceilings, ductwork, sprinkler piping, or lighting limit the space above the lift. Traditional mechanical VRCs place the drive motor and gearbox above the lift structure, which adds to the required overhead clearance. The Delta mounts the motor on the side of the upper section, eliminating overhead machinery entirely. This makes the Delta practical for facilities with restricted ceiling heights where a conventional top-drive mechanical VRC would not fit.
