Overview

DuraFlex overhead doors are flexible, impact-resistant sectional doors engineered for high-traffic loading docks subject to frequent forklift collisions. Featuring a composite lower panel with pultruded fiberglass profiles and steel-laminated HDPE skins, DuraFlex doors absorb impacts and return to form without buckling. Operating on standard 3-inch 12-gauge steel tracks, they provide 1.5-inch EPS thermal insulation while helping reduce panel damage and downtime.

The flexible DuraBull lower section is constructed using a proprietary composite design featuring 80KSI G90 galvanized steel laminated to a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) core. The panel assembly is reinforced with pultruded fiberglass profiles that allow the door section to flex during impact and return to its original shape without structural damage. This impact-resistant construction helps protect facilities from the costly repairs commonly associated with traditional sectional doors.
