Overview
The SL-25000 is part of the Platinum Line and is engineered for loading and unloading trucks with large forklifts and heavy machinery. Every unit is custom-built to fit the specific needs and layout of your facility. Configurations include truck to ground, truck to dock, dock to ground, and truck to raised platform. This dock lift is free-standing, self-contained, and surface-mounted. It requires only a solid surface and a power connection — no pit, no building permit, and no major site construction. Installation is straightforward: level the unit, anchor it to the concrete, and connect it to power. All mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems are enclosed within the frame, with no separate control unit required. The SL-25000 handles up to 25,000 lbs and operates approximately three times faster than a standard scissor lift — delivering the capacity and efficiency that heavy industrial operations demand.
Features and Benefits
The SL-25000 uses a cantilever hydraulic lift with variable speed control, which delivers smooth, consistent movement during both ascent and descent. The control handle is positioned so the forklift operator can reach it while seated, eliminating the need to dismount during loading and unloading. The platform carries a full 25,000 lb rating across its entire surface, with no reduction for end loads or side loads. At just 4" off the ground when lowered, standard forklifts can drive directly onto the platform without additional ramps .All models include patented Automatic Folding Ramps or Safety Bars in place of safety chains. This removes the need for workers to reposition around heavy loads to raise or lower ramps by hand, which significantly reduces the risk of finger injuries.
The steel frame and hinged ramps provide 360-degree toe and foot protection around the entire lift. The platform, ramp, and bridge surfaces are all non-skid diamond plate. All electrical control boxes are UL approved, and every unit meets ANSI MH29.1 standards. All production is done in the USA using proven commercial components. The SL-25000 is built to operate for more than 30 years with routine maintenance. Routine maintenance includes lubricating the bearings and inspecting the wiring and hydraulic lines. The hydraulic system requires only periodic oil level checks and rarely needs an oil change. Integrated wheels allow the unit to be relocated if facility layouts change. Preventative maintenance contracts are available, providing two service visits per year to keep the unit performing at full capacity.

Power supply should be confirmed before ordering. The standard configuration operates on 230V 3-Phase power, with 208V and 460/480V 3-Phase options also available. For outdoor or weather-exposed installations, a factory-installed Weather Shield/Canopy system is available. Additional factory options include Lateral Track Mobility, a Tow Bar, Extended Truck Bridges, Side Frame Enclosure, and Flotation Plates for asphalt surfaces.
