Overview
Optimizing your kitchen's efficiency has never been easier thanks to one of our hotel pan racks! This heavy duty space saving solution offers a versatile way of storing and transporting your steam table pans. Equal parts durable and lightweight, a steam table pan rack is a must-have addition to any bustling bakery.
Features & Benefits
The mobile pan rack's ironclad framework is made of aluminum, which is found in its wall tubing and angle runners. Altogether, this provides exceptional stability and strength to your vertical pan holder. Welded angles add structural integrity, preventing warping even under heavy loads. Thanks to 3" of space between each slot, pans are easily removable.
In addition to these features, 5" platform-type swivel casters provide buttery smooth mobility on any hardened surface. It's also easy to clean, too. This should be sure to save you some valuable time in hectic commercial settings.

Applications
A rack for pans can fit in more than just a bakery. Here are some examples:
- Hotels and resorts
- Commercial kitchens
- Schools and universities
- Food preparation facilities
- Catering services
Assembly
To install platform casters (also referred as plate casters) to the equipment, set each caster on top of each individual plate. Use a 3/8" socket to tighten all four (4) whiz head bolts into each plate. Repeat until the process is complete for all casters.
Care & Maintenance
To maintain the aluminum, begin by wiping it down with warm water and mild dish soap using a soft cloth or sponge. For deeper cleaning, apply a vinegar-water solution to remove oxidation and restore shine, and use baking soda for tougher stains. Always dry the surface thoroughly to prevent water spots and avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia that can damage the finish. Regular gentle cleaning will help preserve the aluminum's appearance and durability.
