Our beer keg racks represent a design philosophy that seeks to offer both functionality and longevity. Their all-welded aluminum build fights corrosion while staying sturdy. The shelves themselves sport 1.5" x 2.75" framework tubing for bottom and middle tiers as well as 1.25" x 2.25" T-bar laterals. Thanks to this, you can expect the weight of your kegs to be evenly distributed. You can also adjust these shelves in 2-inch increments, which can help accommodate kegs of all sizes. Also, the top shelf framework allows for extra storage for auxiliary items.

Assembly
When assembling these units, ensure that the wider, heavy-duty shelves are placed on the two lowest sections. Use the top shelf for lighter items. A 3/16" Allen wrench (included in the order) is required for assembly. Space the shelves according to your preferred positions. Begin by installing one pre-marked post (included) into each corner. These posts are marked with rings spaced 2 inches apart. Note that the bottom of each post is unmarked to prevent the shelving from touching the floor. Once a post is in the desired position, use the 3/16" Allen wrench to tighten the set screw for each shelf. Follow the same assembly steps to ensure the next post is aligned with the first. Repeat the process for the opposite side of the shelving. After all posts on both sides are installed, insert the plugs into each hex key hole.
Care & Maintenance
To maintain the aluminum, begin by wiping it down with warm water and mild dish soap using a soft cloth or sponge. For deeper cleaning, apply a vinegar-water solution to remove oxidation and restore shine, and use baking soda for tougher stains. Always dry the surface thoroughly to prevent water spots and avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia that can damage the finish. Regular gentle cleaning will help preserve the aluminum's appearance and durability.
