Two models are available to match your temperature separation requirements. FlexTherm® I provides an R-Value of 9.5 using dual-layer AstroFoil insulation for higher-demand environments. FlexTherm® II offers an R-Value of 5.0 with single-layer AstroFoil II insulation for moderate temperature zoning applications. Both models feature NFPA 701 fire rated vinyl shells and ASTM-E-84 rated laminated bubble foil insulation, meeting the fire rating standards required in commercial and industrial settings.

Seams on the top and bottom edges are folded over to protect against moisture intrusion and sewn with moisture- and UV-resistant thread. Double-needle stitching is back-tacked on the bottom and sides of each panel to prevent unraveling over time. Grommets across the top of every panel allow for straightforward mounting to existing support structures, and panels can be cut on-site to accommodate openings, obstacles, or penetrations using included patch kits.
The fire rating on these thermal curtains meets both NFPA 701 and ASTM-E-84 standards, making them suitable for environments where fire safety compliance is required. This combination of durable construction, fire rating certification, and high quality materials ensures long service life even in demanding cold storage and warehouse settings.
