Designed to expand, contract and move easily, the NestaFlex® 200 is a self tracking, gravity roller conveyor that has a per linear foot capacity of 200 pounds. The all steel construction provides unmatched structural integrity, whether the conveyor is extended, contracted or configured in simple or compound curves.
This unit is engineered to handle odd shaped cartons, drums, and pails in low to medium volume applications. It is the best choice for moving items without a flat, solid surface.

- Heavy duty 5” x 1 ½” casters for easy movement with 2 total lock brake casters on each end that stabilizes the conveyor while in use
- 7 gauge steel side links assembled using shoulder bolts and locking nuts

- Self-tracking design allows packages to follow the path of the conveyor without using guards
- Couplers easily connect two or more conveyors to span greater distances for continuous package flow
- Heavy duty retractable package stop prevents packages from falling off the end of the conveyor and can be retracted when not needed

- Additional brake casters – holds conveyor in place while configured in a curve

- Curve guards – helps guide packages under accumulation circumstances when packages of varying sizes and shapes begin to build up causing a potential risk of packages being pushed off the conveyor around the curve. It protects packages from falling by creating a solid surface for them to follow. It has a flexible design to allow them to open and close with the flex of the conveyor.
