FAQs

Do PowerPushers need unique batteries?

No. PowerPushers use deep-cycle marine batteries, which can also be found in a range of boats and other types of waterborne vehicles.

Do PowerPushers include brakes?

Yes. Our PowerPushers can be easily and quickly brought to a halt thanks to their built-in braking systems.

What are the charging requirements for a PowerPusher?

All PowerPusher products can be charged on a 100-240 Volt AC single-phase 50/60 Hz electrical service. The max amp draw will vary by machine, but no more than 7.5 amps can be drawn at maximum.

What is the average run time of a PowerPusher?

A PowerPusher tends to last around 2-6 miles in-between charges. This will fluctuate depending on the size of the load and the environment it’s being used in.

How long does it take to recharge a PowerPusher?

On average, it takes around 6-8 hours to recharge a PowerPusher’s battery, depending on how much power remains.

How fast can a PowerPusher move?

The speed of each machine depends on the configuration of torque and top speed, which can differ per scenario.

Can I modify my PowerPusher’s speed?

Yes. Its top speed and acceleration rate can be adjusted and will apply regardless of which direction you’re moving in.

Will I need a license to operate a PowerPusher?

PowerPushers do not require a license to operate. In fact, very little training is needed to proficiently use one in general.

Can a PowerPusher lift a load?

The MFC-100 includes a high-powered actuator, which makes lifting loads simple. Our two-wheeled PowerPushers can be modified to incorporate lifting functionality, as well.
