Rated at 2,400 lbs, this panel cart dolly shares the same robotically welded 16-gauge steel platform as the standard upright model, with the same 27½” width that fits through standard 32″ and 36″ doorways. Features and Benefits
The 45″ extra tall uprights are the defining feature of this panel dolly. Constructed from 1″ x 14-gauge welded steel tubing, these uprights provide nearly four feet of vertical support above the platform surface. This added height stabilizes tall panels, full-height privacy dividers, oversized doors, and sheet materials that would lean, flex, or tip on a standard-height panel cart dolly. All three uprights are removable, so the panel dolly converts to a flat rolling platform when the job calls for it.
The platform is built from robotically welded 16-gauge tubular steel and steel plate, delivering the same rigid, consistent base as the standard model. The 25½” x 36″ load area accommodates panels, sheets, and flat materials across the full range of commercial and industrial widths. Both the platform and the uprights are coated with non-mar, skid-resistant red vinyl — providing grip to prevent load shifting, cushioning to protect material surfaces, and floor-safe rolling to prevent scuff marks on finished flooring.
Two caster material options address different environments. Phenolic casters are the standard choice for hard, smooth floors like concrete and industrial tile. Quiet poly casters reduce rolling noise and are gentler on polished concrete, tile, hardwood, and laminate — making them the preferred option for offices, hotels, and noise-sensitive spaces. Optional brake kits are available for facilities with inclines or where secure positioning during loading is required.

Fixed/swivel configurations provide better straight-line tracking over longer transport distances. All-swivel configurations offer maximum maneuverability for tight turns, narrow corridors, and crowded work areas. Larger casters (6″ and 8″) roll more easily over thresholds, expansion joints, and uneven surfaces.
